TERMS OF SERVICE

The purchase of any photo-tours offered by Taylor Moore Photo Tours constitutes a contractual agreement between you and Taylor Moore Photo Tours (herein to be called Taylor Moore) and represents your acceptance of the terms and conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you have read and understood these terms and conditions prior to booking.

Bookings:

To book a tour, please complete the “Book Now” Page forms. All booking correspondences will be carried out via email. Taylor Moore accept no responsibility for incorrect email addresses provided by you or failed email delivery attempts.

Payment and Tour Confirmation:

Taylor Moore will not operate, book a tour or secure a date with a client unless a deposit or full payment has been made via paypal. Once your payment has been received, your tour booking will be confirmed. If the deposit or full payment has not been made, the chosen tour date has not been secured. Payment of the tour fees will also indicate that you have read and accepted these terms of service.

Cancellations made by Participants:

Cancellations made by the participants must be made in writing, via email to Taylor Moore. If the client wishes to cancel less than 24 hours in advance, the deposit or full payment will not be refunded. If the client cancels 48hrs hours before the tour, 50% of the the payment will be refunded. If the client cancels more than 48hrs in advance the deposit will be refunded minus 20%.
Please note that no refunds will be made if a participant chooses to leave a tour in progress.

Cancellations made by Taylor Moore:

In the event of any cancellation made by Taylor Moore, for whatever reason, the fees will be refunded in full.

Cancellations Due To Bad Weather:

Participants must be aware that our tours, by definition, are weather-dependent outdoor events and will continue as scheduled. Participants are responsible for safe protection of their gear and person during inclement weather conditions while participating.
In the rare case of extreme dangerous weather conditions, participants will be contacted prior to the tour, via e-mail or whatsapp.

Personal Fitness, Accidents and Theft:

All tours require walking. Any medical condition, medication being taken and/or allergies that may affect your health or participation must be notified to Taylor Moore in writing prior to the event.
All events are undertaken at the participant’s own risk. Taylor Moore accepts no liability or obligation in the event of illness, injury, death or loss or damage to personal property.

Photography Model Release:

Taylor Moore reserves the right to photograph any event and participants, as well as to use any of such images for promotional purposes without further recourse or compensation, unless the client expresses the desire not to be photographed.
